My client is a national leader in complex accounting services advising pre-IPO, public, and private equity-backed companies managing rapid growth, M&A, divestures, IPOS, restructuring, and transformation. Currently, they’re looking for talented professionals who will work on complex mergers, SEC filings, prepare and review 10Qs and 10Ks, all while acting as a liaison between their clients and auditors.
